The Nanoscale Mass Spectrometry lab is a dedicated facility for advanced surface-sensitive mass spectrometry high-resolution chemical and isotopic characterization of materials at the micro- and nanoscale.
The facility integrates Nanoprojectile Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (NP-SIMS) and the CAMECA NanoSIMS 50L, offering complementary analytical approaches for comprehensive compositional analysis.
