Equipment usage fees are charged for a number of instruments as a means to recover a portion of the cost associated with maintaining the equipment:

Overview of Services

The Tulane Cancer Center (TCC) Shared Instrumentation Facility houses modern and diverse instrumentation for a range of analytical needs, including fluorescence microscopy,  quality control of nucleic acids, proteins, and a variety of supporting instruments. Most shared instruments are available for walk-up use by TCC researchers once they have received the required training. Reservations for instruments can be made online by qualified users once they have been provided access to the instrument calendars by the facility coordinator.
