Overview of Services

The Morgan State University Research Infrastructure Core (RIC) is a shared instrumentation laboratory providing a comprehensive range of services to support modern experimental biomedical research. These include advanced equipment, technical assistance, training, and supplies to initiate research in the early years of implementation. The RIC consists of the Molecular & Cellular Biology Core Laboratory (MCB) at the Dixon Science Research Center and the Animal Research Facility (ARF) in the Martin D. Jenkins Social and Behavioral Science Center. These state-of-the-art facilities are powered by a diverse team of qualified professionals focused on advancing scientific knowledge through innovative and ethical molecular biology and animal research methods, backed by a thorough array of equipment and laboratory expertise.
