ALERT Solutions for many iLab inquiries may be found on the IU iLab FAQ page. Should further assistance be needed, contact iLab support via ilabsupport@agilent.com. The Agilent iLab Help Resources Hub is also a useful page.
Your experience can help guide future iLab product priorities. We invite core administrators, researchers, finance contacts, and institutional stakeholders to complete the 5-10 min. iLab Roadmap Survey and tell us which capabilities would have the greatest impact on their teams

The IU Mass Spectrometry Facility has been confirming atomic composition by accurate mass spectrometry since 1965. It offers self-serve nominal mass GC-MS and LC-MS as well as staff-supported advanced experiment design/execution. We are found on the 4th floor of the Chemistry Building at IU-Bloomington. Services include walk-up GC-MS, walk-up LC-MS, headspace GC-MS, accurate MS formula confirmation by ESI, APCI, EI, screening by high throughput LC-MS, LC-MS or GC-MS method development, GC-MS metabolomics, triple quad LC-MS-MS, and training for most of the above techniques. We also work closely with Dr. Jonathan Trinidad and the staff of the Laboratory for Biological Mass Spectrometry in Simon Hall.
