Overview of Services

The Cell Biology & Image Acquisition (CB&IA) Core Facility provides state-of-the-art advanced microscopes, image analysis tools, and technical support to facilitate your microscopy research. We offer consultations to determine the most appropriate microscope for your specific needs and the proper design of your experimental set-up. In addition, we provide comprehensive training and follow-up sessions for all first-time users, ensuring optimal use of the imaging systems. The CBIA Core Facility is located within Roger Guindon Hall at the University of Ottawa. Facility resources are available to all uOttawa principal investigators, as well as adjunct investigators at other institutions.
