The LCRC Translational Genomics Core (TGC) is a resource sponsored by the LCRC and the Stanley S. Scott Cancer Center. The Facility is committed to providing quality service by fulfilling the needs of the research community in a consistently rapid, dependable, and economical fashion.
We now have three different convenient locations for you to drop your samples for standard DNA sequencing. In addition, we are giving you some instructions to improve the quality of your DNA sequences. Remember that in addition to DNA sequencing using capillary technologies, we also have the capabilities to run microarray analysis and high throughput sequencing using the Illumina BeadScanner and the Illumina Genome Analyzer IIx, respectively. For high throughput we are able to do exome, transcriptome, smallRNA, ChIP and methyl sequencing.
As always, the Core is open to all LSUHSC, LCRC and Greater New Orleans Researchers and staff.
