Integrative Genomics Core

Overview of Services

The Integrative Genomics Core is committed to providing high quality, efficient, comprehensive, and cost-effective genomic services to City of Hope researchers using microarray and high-throughput sequencing technologies. We also provide basic and advanced Bioinformatics data analysis services to make complex data biologically interpretable for clinical and basic scientists.

Announcements 

• June, 2023. We offer CytAssist platform to support spatial transcriptomics of FFPE samples. Please arrange a meeting to discuss your project.
  
  
• May, 2022. Our high throughput single cell instrument, 10x Genomics' Chromium X is up and running. It allows up to 16 channels per chip and reduce the per sample cost of single cell experiment. 
  
  
• Februray, 2021: PacBio Sequel IIe is now in production. Please consult us to plan your first long read sequencing project.
  
  
• Dec 1, 2020: We have been offering NovaSeq sequencing services in conjunction with TGen. The price is 50% or more cheaper than Hiseq price. Please make sure select "NovaSeq" when request sequencing services.
  
  
• April, 2019: The PacBio Sequel is in production for long-read sequencing. Please consult us for more details.
  
  
• 10x Genomics Chromium instrument is now available to provide RNA-seq analysis at single-cell level, with about $3 per cell. Please consult us for more details.
  
  
• Oct 1, 2018: We have new lowered service prices for most library preparations. For example, 16s rRNA microbiome profiling is now at ~$60 per sample. Please check our prices in the request service page.
