The Molecular Imaging Center is a core light microscopy facility that specializes in high-end laser scanning systems, live cell and live organism imaging, as well as instruments for optogenetic manipulation.
Imaging modalities include:
• Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy (LSM)
• Spinning Disk Confocal Microscopy (SDC)
• Selective Plane Illumination Microscopy (SPIM or Lightsheet)
• Multiphoton imaging
• in vivo 2-photon Imaging
• Holography: 1p and 2p in combination with SDC or 2p imaging
• Fluorescent Lifetime Imaging (FLIM)
• Wide-field fluorescent macro scope for imaging and fluorescent dissecting scope for screening
We offer training on all the above modalities. We also offer 3D and 4D rendering and analysis software.
