Our new Leica Stellaris 8 laser scanning confocal microscope is now available for users to book on iLab.

All tissue processing/embedding/sectioning/manual histology services will be in Z966.

MCCF in collaboration with IGO, offers Spatial Transcriptomics assay on tissue sections. We use Visium Spatial Transcriptomics kit from 10X Genomics. This assay is optimized to work on fresh frozen 10um thick tissues section of size that will fit into 6 x 6 mm area on the Visium slide.
