The MR Core Facility is located at the MR center at St. Olavs Hospital in Trondheim, Norway. It is a part of Department of Circulation and Medical Imaging at the Faculty of Medicine at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
The faculty is also home to the Medical Imaging Laboratory (MI Lab), which has been designated a Centre for Research-based Innovation (SFI) by the Research Council of Norway.
Several other Norwegian based companies and the research foundation Sintef have on-going collaboration with the MR and ultrasound research groups in Trondheim.
